Sleep Apnea Linked to Snoring
There are many different signs that you may have sleep apnea, but one of the most prevalent symptoms to be aware of is snoring. Just because you snore does not mean that you have sleep apnea, but is should motivate you to investigate the other symptoms of sleep apnea, to see if you may have a problem that needed to be dealt with.
